It does work
Let me start off by saying if you follow the plan it works. Years ago I used a similar product and lost over 60 pounds. It took 6 months, yes I had a number of cheat days over that period of time, hey stress will do that. But get back on track right away!What I learned is don’t weigh daily despite the directions say to. Ladies… what happens when you see a gain on the scale? Freak out… right. Take away.. the name is Pounds and Inches. Stay the course. The Tortoise wins the race. That said, my first 4 days weighing daily… 3.2 pound loss. Day 5 a 2.6 pound gain. Say what? Okay, research time. I started working out in the gym.When you start working out regularly, you might notice a temporary increase in weight. This can be due to various factors, such as water retention, muscle inflammation, and increased glycogen storage. However, over time, consistent exercise can lead to muscle gain and fat loss, resulting in a healthier body composition.And this is why I switched to a one time per week weigh in. Now with this gain I actually lost 2 inches. I remembered years ago I joined Curves, my first full month going 4 times a week I gained 10 pounds, however I dropped 2 sizes. Muscle weighs more that fat, so keep that in mind. On the Curves plan I was eating normal, but healthy and certainly not low calories.Taking this knowledge to the next level, with 800 calories and the P&I formula, results will astonish. Key is stay the course, find what works for you, your weight came on over time, if you bite it write it… keep a journal, it is your daily visual. I hope this encourages you and if you have trouble losing inches check with you family practitioner for a metabolic work up to see if there are thyroid issues or other health issues hindering your progress.

Do NOT use this product!
Reading the positive reviews on this product, we took a chance and ordered P&I. This product is making us (two people) feel like death warmed over. We followed a strict food intake as instructed; however the weight did NOT come off after the 4th or 5 day. The first person began to loose energy and in general very bad and stopped using the dropsSince we both seek to loose weight the 2nd person continued with the same outcome,.... only .2 pounds or no weight came off after the initial 3 lbs Finally the 2nd person had the same "Very Bad" feeling, enough that one would want to go to bed or to an emergency room for diagnosis.For anyone wanting to loose weight, look for another product or method, there is something in the drops that does not equate to loosing weight.

I'm crushing my weight goal...
The taste is a definite plus, it has a nice berry flavor to it. When I'm holding it under my tongue for a minute, it's a pleasant experience.BUT the best part is that is has helped to cut my caloric intake substantially, and I'm able to maintain muscle mass. That is important to me at the age of 64.I have fought the weight gain problem my whole life. I am athletic and eat basically nutritarian, which is fresh whole foods, mostly meat and vegetables, which I cook myself, and a lot of salad. I weigh myself every day, to stay in check. But sometimes I get carried away, and need to reel myself back to the reality that I cannot eat whatever everyone else is eating...or I will get fat. And I HATE to be fat.So, I paired the Pounds and Inches with apple pectin, and voila! The weight is coming off so easily. I'm eating half or less than I was without it, and I'm steadily losing weight, everyday. I love when the scale goes DOWN!So, what I do is this...while preparing lunch and dinner, I put a full dropper under my tongue for a minute and take the apple pectin with a glass of water.It's my best weight corrector yet! I love it!

Product does taste good, but...
OK so...I mean....ummm, we'll if you are reading this you are obviously desperate and wanting to try anything possible. Honestly it just wasn't for me. I mean I didn't notice any difference in anything. I will say that customer service is good. The product I believe is just a tool to help you along with the diet, to make you believe that you are actually doing something different to get results. You could do a 1200 calorie diet and lose weight and not be hungry. I don't doubt it can work,but I know when you are trying to lose it can be frustrating,but if you are looking for another new thing to try, look into a fat burner or try a shake plan. Shipping was fast and product doesn't taste bad at all kind of a berry taste.

It works!! BUT you just adhere to the protocol!
Sorry for the blurry photo - my weight loss tracker is on my personal phone so I snapped a pic. I have previous experience with HCG in the past (pellets, drops), but I couldn’t get the same product I used several years ago so I came to Amazon to find an alternative and landed on this. I was worried when the directions said a load day wasn’t required and the taste was different than I remembered, BUT, man was I mistaken! I’m not sure if it was this “easy” before, but these drops are yielding results. I did experience a stall after the 5th day, but an apple day got me right back on track. Plus, I lost weight the 1st 4 days - it wasn’t a fluke! Today I am 8.8lbs down, 14 lbs from my wedding day goal! It is so affirming to see results so quickly- it makes you work harder and focus on the goal line because you can start to see it. PRO TIPS: Don’t Cheat (it’s not worth it). Drink All The Water! Drink Tea! Drink Black Coffee with 1 tsp of Almond milk. Drink Chicken Broth. Use Spices! Chew sugarless gum. Skip the strawberries and stick to apples! Watermelon is ok, but eat it earlier in the day so you can burn it off! DON’T exercise too much (take walks, light elliptical, yoga, Pilates - don’t build muscle mass). Zucchini and Pickles - make them your new best friends. YOU CAN DO THIS - I believe in you! Good luck!!
