This was a great purchase. I ordered it Wednesday and received it Friday. (Amazon Prime) I immediately started wearing it and wow! It is as light as a feather, instantly adapts to your skin temperature, and looks great! I really like the fact that there is no logo at all on it. It looks like something I made myself. So natural looking. The color looks great against the tan on my arm. I don't even feel l have a watch on at all. So far the timekeeping seems to be fine but I haven't had it long enough to tell. The luminescent hands work well in the dark too.The size should fit most any man. My wrist is 7 1/2" in circumference and I had to remove two of the links. It comes with the tool to do it. Just remember to re-insert the pins the same way they came out. Push out from left to right, re-insert from right to left, smooth end first. Very easy.I'm only going to be wearing this watch for dress and casual, not for work. It looks pretty durable, but not for the kind of work I do. I have a Casio G-Shock for that and it has held up well to the beating for years.I don't think you can go wrong with this watch if you're looking for something that looks very natural and don't plan on using it in harsh environments. And when you consider the price point, this is a real deal. A very fun and novel watch indeed.If I find something I don't like about the watch after a while I will report back with an update. But so far so good. This is my first wooden watch but I don't think it will be my last. I'm really enjoying it.UPDATEI've had the watch for a week now and checked the time against the time on the computer that I set it to and it is still exactly the same. So it seems to hold time fine. Also, I've had water splashed on it and didn't realize it until minutes later. I wiped the water off and there were no water stains or marks at all left behind, so it does have some kind of a sealer on it. I definitely wouldn't submerge the watch in water but it does seem to hold up well to moderate splashes. Still enjoying it very much. One of my favorites.

I just received this watch yesterday. Today I watched a YouTube video on how to remove links from the bracelet so it would fit. (It arrives with a tool to remove links, but I didn’t find instructions in the box.) It was a simple process, which is good because most people will have to remove links to get a good fit. It’s a good-looking watch, although it might take a few days to get used to wearing a light-colored wood watch. Most of my other watches are stainless steel. It’s very lightweight. I think I’ll like this watch. It would make a nice graduation gift for a young person. And at $31.99 and free delivery through Prime, you really can’t go wrong. I love how this one in particular is very easy to read. No extra dials. No different stem settings. No more text that is too small to read. (Yes I am a 63 y/o wm) I was so impressed with this watch I was excited to replace my last all wooden watch. That one lasted over 3 years. My first was only a week. Amazon actually delivered it in less than 24 hours too. I was impressed. The packaging is incredible. Everything made out of bamboo. Completely gift worthy. As I was removing a link from the band was a problem. The first piece I disconnected (using the OEM link tool) and the link fell apart in my hand. Since this was not enough links to remove. I took one more link. It broke too. Now this watch is a little bit tight. And I am concerned that the band may break like the last band I had. (under use). The best thing about this is that I only paid $31 USD for it. So I bought a second one. Now I have spare parts if the band breaks. Incredible deal on a lovely wooden watch.

I love finding a great watch and this was one that is amazing. I loved how light the watch was. You can ear this watch and it feels that you are not wearing anything. When you get this watch it comes in a very cool case and even the tool that you need to size it. Be careful if you plan to size this yourself as it takes patience. You could take it to a local jeweler too and they will be able to take care of the sizing in no time too. This is made of bamboo and it comes with authenticity paperwork to tell you more. I have worn it a few times thus far and people love how it looks. The light wood goes with almost anything that I wear daily! I will caution you to not get this wet as it is not meant to get wet in any sense. Other than that, I love this watch!

If you're the easily jealous type-don't get your man this watch! I find unknown women (and unknown men) chatting up my husband all the time about his bamboo watch-everyone loves it! He has expensive watches-including a Brietling, Rolex and Omega, but it's this silly bamboo watch he chooses to wear most often. He loves that it's so light-weight, he says he doesn't even notice that it's on, and the hairs on his arm don't get caught in the strap. He liked having the extra links to add so it fits without being too tight. With his metal watches, sometimes his sweat causes a rash on his skin where the band or backside rub, but he doesn't have that issue at all with the bamboo. It looks great, wears well and is a real conversation starter. For this price, what's not to like?

This watch was definitely NOT from the original manufacturer. I can tell because i have purchased similar timepieces from them before and this latest one does not even compare to the others. Honestly I could’ve purchased a better quality watch from a twenty-five cent gumball machine.
