Working well for leg cramps
This has really helped me with leg and foot cramps when sleeping. I am not able to walk or exercise enough for my calves to be limber. Simply standing on this or leaning forward from the floor to my bed gives me the chance to stretch those calf muscles. I noticed a huge difference within a week and it could not be simplier. I appreciate having two of them so I can place one in my bedroom by the bed and one in my kitchen by the counertop which gives an elderly lady something to grab or lean on.

Buy the Pro-Slant NOW!!!
I use the OPTP Pro-Slant for my plantar fasciitis. It’s easy to use no matter where you are becauseit’s so portable. I can even wash my dishes while using the Pro Slant. I have had plantar fasciitisfor almost 9 months and finally I’m getting some pain relief! The Pro Slant is not expensive andit’s worth every penny.

I needed one of these 20 years ago
I've done calf stretches against walls for years but owning one of these ramps makes such a huge difference in the effectiveness and convenience of the stretch.I like these over the wood versions because they're light and portable, and I like that I got two so I can use one for traveling. I was worried the foam wouldn't hold up - I'm not particularly heavy and I do see some small foot indentations after a few months, but it seems like that will be the extent of the impression.

Very Sturdy
Foam is high quality and sturdy - feet don't sink into the foam and leave lasting indents. Surface is a "little" slippery for bare feet - could use a little "grip" on the surface, but the quality is good, and the angle is strong enough to give a good ankle and achilles stretch.
