Same as factory original.
It works and reads the same level as factory. Personally Id like to find one made of all metal as the plastic tip becomes brittle over time and fails. Not the fault of the product at all and I understand people like these as they are easier to read I'm just not a fan of the possibility of dropping plastic chunks into the oil system of any car.
