Although I have had this oven since January I am still learning it's capabilities. Before purchase I downloaded the user PDF to find out exactly what it could do. I was put off initially by the reviews regarding cleaning,and after reading the PDF was also concerned that the grill tray wasn't dishwasher safe. Nobody likes washing grill pans and trays. I investigated what accessories were available for purchase because I intended to put mine in the dishwasher anyway, working on the basis that they could be replaced when needed. To my surprise they are available to purchase as replacement,but they are advertised as being dishwasher safe too.Mine have been washed in the dishwasher more than once a day,and several times a week. They are still as pristine as new.As far as cleaning goes,the oven is indeed difficult to remove stains from but I wipe it inside after every use with a soapy cloth and although the stains don't disappear I know the inside is clean. The shelves slide in and out easily when the inside has been wiped.The grill has to be the best one I have ever used,and on its highest setting will grill bacon in some 7 minutes.The grill pan will hold about 12 rashers of bacon so cooking for a family isn't difficult.The basket rack will hold 5 full slices of bread to toast, making cheese on toast a doddle.Being able to cook two full pizzas is a bonus, although you need to experiment a bit with the preset times as I found they needed adjustment by a minute or so.The air fryer setting itself is great for frozen pies and pastries and such.I haven't used it for chips because I already have a ninja foodie max double drawer and I like to use that because you can shake the drawer,but the huge basket that comes with this would air fry enough chips for a family on one shelf with plenty of room to cook pretty much whatever you wanted to accompany them.I won't deny it's a pretty hefty piece of equipment,I was surprised at it's size,but it's sturdy and extremely well made. A word of warning though....it gets extremely hot on the outside as well as the inside.The operation instructions on the handle are clear and concise and the good thing is that you are able to constantly increase or decrease the temperature or cooking time instead of waiting for the program to finish.I have yet to use it for baking or whole roasting but will return with reviews once I am familiar with that aspect of the oven.I think it was great value for money,I used several Xmas gift cards to pay for it so it actually cost me next to nothing.Knowing what I do now,I would willingly have paid the full price for it.Very happy with my purchase.

This is a great air fry oven. Had my last one two and half years. They are difficult to clean and old models had a cover over the fan which would save problems. Takes up a big space on worktop and very heavy. My new one is beginning to.make the odd strange.noise and I'm hoping it's just a glitch as it's so useful for cooking many different things and saves bending down to the main cooker oven.

Amazing efficient oven! I read all the reviews and saw the comments about it being difficult to keep it clean. I did my research and bought an Aieve air fryer splatter screen to protect the fan at the back of the oven (perfect fit) from getting dirty. I also got the biomex miracle cleaning paste (recommended in an Facebook group for this oven) and as long as you clean the oven every time you use it, it is really easy to keep it clean.

Only had a few days, but so far very impressed, much superior to my previous airfry ovens. It's a lot bigger than ones I have had but definitely recommend. With regards to cleaning I know some people have had problems, but so far I have found it not too bad,just wipe with warm water whilst machine is still warm . If it changes will update, but for now highly recommended 👌With regards the cleaning, I said I would update, yes it is very difficult to get the grease off back of the airfryer oven around the fan and sides. As it does not recommend harsh products be used, I tried the recommendations on website but did not work. Apart from the cleaning though still very impressed with it

Finaly got there all I say is buyers don't buy it if it says used as the first one I sent back as it's wasn't to my standards but the second fryer comes got to say 5 stars love it better than I expected very big can cook two pizzas🍕🍕🍕🍕 at the say time my sons love it to become of that so if you want a really good air fryer ninja is the one great if you have a big family
