It’s been a year since I bought this, but I have to write a review. This thing is the greatest ever. I didn’t even realize it heated up as it rolls. It actually works out the knots in my back and my neck.No matter how hard I lean back on it, it keeps grinding away!I love this thing, worth every penny.

I bought this about 6 months ago as a gift for partner as he's constantly experiencing neck pains. He absolutely loves it. He said said using it the pain has decreased significantly.

i’m currently using on my lower back as my new born is sleeping on my chest. it feels nice, warm (am not sure how to turn off heat yet but it’s good temp) and i haven’t tried the higher setting yet either but it is doing a nice job. my lower back has been hurting for a few weeks and id ask my husband to massage but his hands start to cramp up and cant massage me for long so i decided to invest in this. the reason it is four stars is because i wish it was a little more spaced out. for the first few minutes i felt it hitting right on my spine and it wasn’t enjoyable. i fidgeted around and can feel it more on one side (wherei need it) but not the other (where i also need it) so ill fidget again

I've had another model of this previously, almost exactly the same. This one seems a little flatter, so I chose this one when my old one gave out after two years. Works just as well as long as it keeps working, but this one seems to shut off after a certain time. I think it's just a defect in this particular one, as the older one never did it, but it's hard to be sure.Edit: Four months later, it's definitely shutting off randomly at times. It's completely erratic. Sometimes it will go a few minutes, sometimes it stays on for ages. Oh well. It still works great while it's on.

Purchase to replace a much older model...so far it's holding up well...powerful motor...reasonably quiet...heat function works well... currently a satisfied customer.
