Great product! A staple in supplements!I was a vegan and vegetarian for years as well as practicing Ayurveda. To say the least my metabolism was wrecked. My health was declining. I had tooth decay, gum recession and bone loss. That I never had before. Not to mention I just had a baby and breastfeeding to top it off! So depleted!Taking Vitamin k2-7 has help redirect the calcium that is trapped in my tissues and back in my bones and teeth where it belongs! Calcification is real! Imbalance of vitamins and mineral are real! Depleting my body of vitamin and minerals by not consuming animal flesh has done major damage. This product has helped me on the road to recovery. You can never have enough vitamin k2-7 in a world like today! Must have!

I was asked by a friend of parents who are 88 & 94 in an assisted living facility to get these for them, they have been taking them for about a year now. They claim they work and they feel better and also comforted they are doing something to help their health. I can’t comment on value, absorbency, comfort as I really don’t have anything to compare the product to. I have this on auto order and they receive them on a timely basis so they never run out. They are happy, so I am happy.

My labs came back low on vitamin D and these came highly suggested by a friend. I thought them to be quality vitamins and was happy they included vitamin K. My tooth sensitivity has decreased significantly since starting on them, which was a surprising side effect! Their only down side is the cost.

This combined with the just thrive probiotic is the only thing that has consistently helped me and my health. I’ve been taking the probiotic for a few months and they continue to do their job. Usually after a month or two I start having problems. Not with just thrive, it’s the best hands down, you know it’s working.The K2-7 has combatted belly fat for me, nothing else including diet made a difference.

Great quality and great ingredients backed by solid science. 2 a day every day for my children and I. Crucial for cold and flu season but we take it all year along with the just thrive probiotic, prebiotic, and IgG capsules. I think Kiran Krishnan - the founder behind this brand - is full of wonderful knowledge and expertise. I have a lot of trust in what he says.

Seems way overpriced. Life Extension makes a K2 blend with BOTH forms of K2 (4 and 7). At a fraction of the cost.

Perfect blend of vitamin! It may seem pricey, but it’s a blend of essentials. You will still need to add more Vit C to this, but you can take am and pm for optimal health. The price on SS is great, compared to health food store.
