I'm a recently diagnosed diabetic and I'm trying to reverse the condition. So I've gone on a very low carb diet, and exploring my options led me to this line of products. The taste is great, and so is the texture. They are very versatile, and I've only begun to experiment. I'd like to find these locally, as the delivery could use some improvement, but when I reached out to the company, they addressed it immediately and re-sent me a new package. No complaints about their customer service. I expect to have these regularly, whether I find them locally or need to continue to order them here.

They're much thicker than a tortilla. I used them for chicken quesadillas and spicy pork tacos plus snacked on some plain because they're substantial enough for that. Browning them butter in a frying pan for quesadillas worked well. For the pork tacos, I just lay them on top of the cooking ground pork to quickly steam them. I didn't realize most of the packs contained small wraps but am happy with that size now and now prefer it. I love that there's no flour in them. Amazing little food product.

I'm a new Diabetic and I miss bread. This is my take on a cheese steak sandwich using Outer Aisle Cauliflower Sandwich Thins. I toasted it and added my ingredients. It is so delicious! It is a little pricey but worth it to me. Thank you Outer Aisle! The "everything" Sandwich thin is also amazing!

I loved the variety pack, but the "everything" flavor was absolutely too salty for my taste buds. All the other flavors were exceptional.

Very expensive for bags of falling to pieces sandwich rounds when removing from the packaging. All were refrigerated as soon as arrived. Tried toasting in a pan after a mess in my toaster, but still fell apart when handling them. The taste is blah, too.

First- I love these! They add an option of versatility to a stricter diet! I can use them as buns for beef or salmon patties. The flavor is really good, not too eggy and not too much cauliflower taste. The favors are great! Even my super picky teen loves them!Second- when I first ordered these, the shipping company took forever and I was concerned the product would be spoiled by the time it got here. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me a replacement pack. So nice!!!

These came wonderfully packaged and on time but I just didn’t like them. It’s probably because they are healthy and don’t have breading so they don’t taste bready enough for me- which by nature they should prob not be bready. For example- Im on optavia and we can’t have certain ingredients. These are allowed but I prefer Caulipower pizza crusts. But caulipower (i think that’s the brand) has ingredients I shouldn’t have. They have more flour. So it’s just something I need to get used to being without and no fault of this company but I don’t want to mislead anyone that they taste like bread or real pizza crust because to me they don’t. They are not bad but not great. Let’s put it this way- they are still sitting in my freezer months later uneaten and were VERY expensive. (Why are they so expensive is another topic) i won’t order again.

I love sandwiches because they are delicious and convenient. I have been trying to do lower carb and have found it especially difficult to do until now. I tried these because I had had something similar from Trader Joe's that I liked a lot, but we do not live near Trader Joe's so that wasn't an option. These are as good if not better. Definite recommend.
