This packet is handy. They are easy to make (add water) as a side dish and this size is nice because it lets you have a few carbs with your meal, but it doesn't make dozens of biscuits calling to you like typical recipes do. We all have to watch our carbs and teach our children to, too, as we balance our meals. This creates about 6 or so drop biscuits. And it has a low price. The size helps us not eat too many carbs and you won't have leftovers there tempting diabetics or WW. You won't have so many left over that everyone becomes so tired of them that you have to throw them out. I do wish company had this in cardboard box that could be recycled vs current packaging.

I like the size for travel and ease.Perfect biscuit flavor and rise in the dough.Very easy to use and I will continue to buy this.They hit the spot, and takes no time at all to make.

It's SO hot right now and oven use is out of question.I used my little electric mini donut maker and after simple mixing popped spoonfuls of dough into it.It worked! Little bite size bisquit balls.

If you ever need biscuit mix that needs only water and nothing else (most call for buttermilk or milk), for a project or for yourself, this is the only place I have been able to find it. I gave 4 stars for that reason and that reason only. I can't vouch as to how the biscuits taste as I have never made them for myself, so I couldn't give it 5 stars.
