the most impressive burner in this price range
The media could not be loaded. This is incredibly impressive little camp stove! I spent an hour looking at different stoves in the price range and holy moly this thing is absolutely the best you can get. Don't even think any further, just order and enjoy. I'll start with the full metal design, it was out of question I would buy anything that uses some kind of plastic so I was looking for straight metal everywhere and this thing is just that. Then I wanted a stable burner so I opted out of the tall ones that sit on top of the tank and wanted something with legs of its own, this thing is super solid, sturdy and stable. I had no idea what kind of flame I would get out of it and I am honestly stunned. The flame turned on max turns everything red, seriously, you have to see to believe. Then I also wanted one with a 1lb adapter so I can use those larger Coleman propane tanks and this thing comes with one that works perfectly. I love that the tank sits separate and aside which greatly reduces any potential risk. This burner is super easy to use, super light weight for carry on and the boiling speed is faster than your home burner stove. I have a professional adora chefs burner stove and this thing can burn hotter than any of my stove burners! I think I am just going to use this outside all the time instead of cooking on the stove inside and stinking the house. So whoever built this think, thank you! I love when I find a great buy for the money, this one is definitely that.

Worth the buy
I have had this little stove for about 3 years now, used with many 1lb bottles of propane and many iso-butane bottles. Never had a single issue with this stove. I have a 100g isobutane bottles and this stove in my stanley wildfare two cup cookset with that nestled in a coghlans camp mug. Never needed anything more for a solo thru hike. The flame control on this little gem is incredible. Quailty for the price is unbeatable, I definitely recommend a windscreen for outside use, but that is the case with most mini stoves. Although it is on the larger size for a camp stove it offers way more stability than the ozark trail camp stove or the BSR stove. And for the price you can’t beat it.Will buy again. Will recommend to beginners.

Decent stove, but not very rugged.
I really like this kind of stove for backpacking. I'm not an ultralighter and don't mind carrying a few more ounces of stove to have a larger, more stable burner compared to the tiny ones that screw onto an isobutane container. I'm also usually cooking for 3 to 4 people and need to use bigger pots.I especially like that this stove comes with an adapter for propane bottles and has a built-in piezo igniter. My reasons for only giving this 4 stars are as follows:Quality- this particular model seems to be more cheaply made than another model I purchased here for a similar price. The metal has less hems in it and seems more fragile. I bought four of these for my scout troop and several of them arrived with the ignitor point bent so far out of alignment that a spark wouldn't jump to the metal of the stove. I was able to bend it back into alignment so it would work, but that is a concern.Flame Regulation- this can be a problem with all of these stoves. Trying to get a low flame to maintain a simmer is difficult (at least with propane, I haven't tried with isobutane). The valve is too sensitive and you end up either putting the flame out while turning it down or ending up with the flame too high. This could also be a problem with variable pressure coming from the propane tank. I'm not sure who is to blame, but it is a problem that could use improving.Overall, I recommend this type of stove, but suggest studying the design of the different offerings carefully to see if there is a better made model for a similar price.

Works perfectly.
Very happy with the unit. Good build quality. Small and compact. I use it with the 1LB propane tank adapter and have had no issues. I had no issues with flame adjustability. The igniter was a welcome addition, as my previous burner did not have one. Or should I say, they had not been invented yet. If you don't already have one, might want to get a wind shield.

Great and lite weight.
Works great but remember to use camping pots & pans. Takes a while to heat in normal pot.

Unfortunately it only lasted two uses .
Nice stove and worked great, twice….. The braided gas hose line sprung a leak and now it’s not safe to use any longer.

Works as good as stoves costing 5 times as much.
After 50+ years of backpacking and camping and spending as much as $100 on a lightweight stove, I have to admit, this one works as good as any of them and being able to switch back and forth from a one pound propane tank to a smaller butane tank has been a big plus. It will boil a quart of water in minutes. It's a little jiggly as small stoves often are but it's still pretty darn stable for everything I have used. It's kind of amazing for the price.

Very cool stove. Seems well made and has a nice storage box.
For 17$ this was a great purchase. Should hold up pretty well also.
