Makes smoother textured baked goods
Made great cupcakes. Smooth texture, not gritty like many other GF flours. Good flavor. Will buy again

I tried this upon a recomendation and I liked it. I used it for some baked goods and it was better than a previous brand I was using. I will purchase again because it is good quality and tasted good in the things I baked.

Good Quality Gluten Free Flour
Purchased this to use to bake some goodies for my daughter in law. It works well!

Overpriced but very good
I don't know why this is so much more expensive than other GF flour blends, especially this version that has psyllium husk and no xanthan gum. It does work very well for yeast bread. The dough is less sticky than some brands and it rises nicely. I think it could work for shaped breads like stollen. I'm not sure it's worth the high price though.

This is the nearest thing to real flour, not prefect, but the closest we have found.

Great replacement for flour that contains gluten!
I have Celiac & therefore cannot eat gluten. Since most bread products contain gluten as well as all cookies, cakes etc. I can make my old favorite desserts but just replace the gluten containing flour with Better Batter!
