It fit so well on my trimer.
My trimer needed a trigger to go on an off. I saw this one, by coincident, and had the same electrical plugs. I bought it just to see if it could work on my machine and it did. The price was awsome and it is of good quality. Thank you.

Good product
One thing to mention. Do a ring test to see which terminals ring when the trigger is pushed. Then connect appropriately. In mine the top two ring when the trigger is pushed, and of course the bottom two.

Manufacturing Defect
Everything looked good when I received it and installed it. Plugged in my tool, pulled the trigger, and the switch dead-shorted and blew my house breaker. Tried again. Nope, same response. Obviously a manufacturing defect. I opened up the switch case to make sure, and found it was made to dead short instead of connect with the tool's contacts.

Excellent Quality Replacement Detent Momentary ON Trigger Switch
I used this Fielect Trigger Switch to replace a broken trigger switch (p/n: FD04-2116) in a Chicago Electric SDS Rotary Hammer model 69274. The Fielect switch fit within the body of the Chicago Electric tool perfectly with only some minor trimming of the length of the plastic trigger.I opened the Fielect trigger switch body to examine the contact mechanism and compare it against the broken switch from the Chicago Electric tool. The contact mechanism within the Fielect trigger switch is superior in design. Contacts are switched in a manner similar to a circuit breaker, albeit on a diminutive scale. By contrast, the switch from the Chicago Electric tool simply used leaf contacts. which failed due to a combination of metal fatigue and electrical discharge corrosion. Spring-loaded contactors, by comparison, make near-instant on/off contact, reducing component fatigue and contactor corrosion.Bottom line: An otherwise inexpensive but perfectly functional tool is back in service for under $10. I certainly wasn't expecting the quality I discovered with this product at this price point. I am quite satisfied with this Fielect Trigger Switch.

Hard to attach wires
This switch looked fine, but switch configuration combined with the drill's super short wires made it hard to attach wires. The original switch was much better configured. Not sure if the switch actually works because once installed the drill still did not work, but may have been another problem, too.

Works as advertised
I used this switch to replace a broken switch on a harbor freight reciprocating saw. Had to modify it to fit.Saw works fine now.

Solid switch!
Bought this as a replacement for the switch in my Black and Decker miter saw. The original was obsoleted with no replacement available. Had to do some cutting and trimming with my Dremel, but the switch works great. Saved me from buying a $200 saw because of a switch!
