I bought this for my entrance hall to hold my outdoor shoes , message bags etc. it was very easy to assemble - mostly Allen keys - easier for my old hands. A good tip , when fitting the hinges , screw in the screws a little then remove them and then it’s easier to fit the hinges , no scrabbling to keep the small screws in. I like this and may buy another - good value for money.

Perfect for our hall way

The storage is sturdy and fit for purpose. However after building the box part I become to realise the mechanism of the lid is not safe for little ones so to use as a toy box is out of the question. one of the hinges arrived bent so I was unable to place the lid, they don’t sit flush with the box and you have a tiny gap either side and the prop is very stiff I was afraid that it would snap down quick when closing. I would appreciate if the seller could perhaps send me a new hinge so that I can use it for something else, rather the faff of dismantling it and returning?

Despite being 8 months pregnant this was easy assembled by myself. Bit heavy but sturdy and very fast delivery. Makes my daughters room look so much tidier now she has her toys in it

My kitchen has lime green walls with all white cupboards and white kitchen equipment, and as I needed a storage chest for clean laundry, the white version of the chest was ideal and fits in well. I trusted the reviews, ordered it and it arrived within three days – thank you. Assembly instructions are all diagrammatic and the sides, base and top are numbered for identification and which fixings go where, and all screw locations are pre-drilled. I assembled it easily by myself without uttering any naughty words, and my manual ratchet screwdriver was perfectly adequate for the job of fixing the hinges. However, the large screws that hold it together are tightened with an Allen Key, and because of their tight fit I found the small Allen Key provided kept slipping out of my hand onto the floor. Fortunately I had a suitable Allen Key in my toolbox that was easier to use than the one supplied. Apart from this, everything went together as it should and the whole assemble is very sturdy. The top stays open in any position due to the spring tension bracket and when closed the chest makes a convenient seating bench and is stable. With clean lines and an unfussy design it satisfies my minimalist taste in furniture.

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Si monta in un’ora circa, bisogna essere in due non perché sia difficile ma per tenere i pezzi mentre si fissano le viti, i fori non sono precisissimi ma si riesce facilmente. Colore greige molto bello, legno liscio e leggermente lucido. Stabile e capiente. Dimensioni perfette, non è troppo ingombrante. Molto soddisfatta
