Nourishing my hair

The taste is very strong and unpleasant. However, when mixed in a smoothie with water, strawberries, and blueberries, it becomes quite good. A little bit of honey makes it even better.

Straight up this stuff tastes yucky bitter BUT it WORKS! However, taste can be somewhat masked by adding it to juice (or perhaps a smoothie, tho I haven’t tried that yet). Also, it doesn’t dissolve very well; you have to work at that BUT again, this stuff WORKS! Whenever we feel something coming on or are already in a full blown cold or illness, taking a tsp of this 2x a day definitely shortens the duration. I’m giving the product 4 stars for its effectiveness & purity only.

Love the shipping packaging - nearly zero waste.. and I appreciate that it is a nearly airtight resealable package.The powder is perfectly ground so it blends easily even in room temperature water.. Tasty & simple..Very happy with this purchase.

I’ve been using this with henna, along with hibiscus powder and aloe Vera powder, and my hair has definitely become thicker and more dense.I mix about 70% henna, and 10% each of the rest of the powders and mix with black tea/coffee then leave it overnight. Next morning, I put this on my hair, wrap cling wrap and leave it on for about 4 hours, then wash it off. Then put indigo for 2.5 hours and wash that off.Great for hiding the grey hair and now my hair is so thick and healthy.
