Good product, no surprises
Works well to dehumidify an average sized bedroom or larger bathroom. Emptying it is easy. Cleaning the reservoir is tricky so I advise not letting the water sit long enough for any mold to grow. It’s about as noisy as the average oscillating fan. I’ve had it for 5 years so far and most of that time it ran constantly in a back room.

Works great
Product as described. Works great. I have not hooked up the water drain yet, but when I do, the tack of dumping water will end. I would purchase this product again and recommend it to others.

Product WILL Die, ZERO Support
When I purchased this product in July of last year, I was looking for a small-ish quiet dehumidifier for a room in an apartment I was moving to. The main use for it would be to take moisture out of a walk-in closet and occasionally a ~140 square feet room. I had scoured the reviews, and landed on the 2200 cubic foot model of the Pro Breeze. When I first got it, the unit seemed to work okay. It was definitely not anything near quiet like the manufacturer (and exclusive Amazon.com storefront seller) claims to be. In fact, it's louder than my larger air purifier by quite a lot. However, I did not mind at the time, as I would only leave it on for part of the time.Cut to now, April. The weather is warming up for the summer, and I'm trying to get the unit running again. The machine turns on, but doesn't take a single drop of water out of the environment. Not a single drop in the collection bin after hours of use. So I figured, since it was still well within warranty, I might as well get the unit replaced.I send an email to their customer support. Most of them would give you a general troubleshoot before admitting their unit might be faulty and offer to replace. But no, not Pro Breeze. They've been giving me the run around, continually claiming that:1.) my dehumidifier to be a smaller unit that the one I purchased2.) The unit wouldn't work in a room that was smaller than their room limitations (which was untrue, as it worked prior)3.) The unit would not work at humidity above OR below exactly 60% (which is absurd, that's not how humidifiers work at all)They refuse to honor a warranty that's well within its range, claiming that their product (and I quote) "needs to be used in an environment within its ideal range". Now, we know that's all untrue because it's worked previously. They won't accept that their units have terrible issues that cause them to fail within a year of purchase. Their recourse? They can recommend another unit for me to buy.So here's my overall review: It oversells and under-delivers when it does work, but this thing will eventually fail on you. And if it does during the warranty period, expect zero support from their warranty department. The warranty simply does not exist. Unless you like terrible odds or skydiving without a backup parachute, I would recommend buyers look for another brand altogether.

Decent mid size humidifier, don't expect great performance though.
It's ok for a small room. I've been using it for 4 years to keep the humidity down in a small spare bedroom. It ran non-stop for 4 years, and finally quit. The peltier junction just isn't cooling down enough to condense water anymore. So in my limited experience, it'll last a couple of years and keep a single room (12 x 12, with the door always closed) relatively dry.To get any more drying power, you have to step up to a compressor dehumidifier, and I can't sleep through the on/off cycling of one of those. The compressor style also tends to heat the room up that it's in.You may not like the droning of the fan either, but for me it's good white noise to block out sound while I'm sleeping.

Would recommend
Nice compact size, fits snugly in a corner, very quiet and does a great job for such a small appliance.

Works great in the Pacific Northwest!
This is the second Pro-Breeze dehumidifier that I have purchased — the first being just over four years ago.In the cool humidity of winters and spring in the Pacific Northwest, finding an effective deterrent to mildew is a challenge. This unit is exactly what is needed. The first one gave up the ghost after running 24/7 for over four years. I have no complaint at all with its lifespan, hence the unhesitant purchase of a second one. This new one is even quieter than the first, which is saying a lot as I was impressed with how little white noise the first one emitted. The effectiveness of collecting excess moisture from this particular environment is notable, as even during very cold days and nights, when humidity is high, this unit fills in just a few days. For those with smaller RV’s and motorhomes, this Pro-Breeze dehumidifier takes up very little space (can even sit right on the console in the cab or windshield area) and effectively eliminates condensation even with the fluctuating inside and outside temperature changes. As a bonus and for the environment — use the collected water to supplement your indoor and outdoor plant waterings!

works great...while it works
This unit only lasted one year before it just stopped working (fan operates but no water accumulates in the reservoir anymore). While it was working, it was great- small footprint but super effective as you could tell by how much water it would extract each day and it was wonderfully easy to empty. So you'll need to decide if you're willing to roll the dice on getting a unit that may or may not last more than a year in exchange for a relatively low price and great performance while it lasts.
