I have found cracked pepper difficult to find. I like having that little crunch of heat in my food! I grind my own pepper when I need smaller quantities. It often doesn't make logistical sense to grind. This makes a great substitute

We use cracked pepper on our meat prep. The price is right for this cracked pepper. Can almost call it coarse cracked pepper. So far it is the best I have found.

This is a very good quality product that is packaged well. I want other consumers to know that the picture looks like a significantly larger than what I really is. This isn't much bigger than a can of soda.

I used this pepper to make Hawaiian seasoned salt. These are exactly what you’d get if the peppermill was set to “coarse or big grind”. I used to spend 2 hours hand grinding to get 2 cups of coarse pepper!

For some reason, cracked black pepper has gotten hard to find in local grocery stores. The Marshall's Creek product if first rate, in a large enough size to meet my needs (I use a lot of pepper in cooking).
