REALLY CUTE
Seems like high quality, nice size, beautiful colors. Love that it's non toxic, cruelty free. I bought it for 2 young teen great granddaughters Christmas. I'd have not hesitated to rate this a 5, but there's nothing like opening to discover there ARE NO APPLICATORS included with this. Just throwing that out there...
