2.5 years. No complaints.Now had issue with electronic panel, but problem was with batteries (brand new Costco batteries were dead). Used another 4 - perfectly works.

The first model was defective, but the replacement is excellent and I am very happy with it. The safe is sturdy, fire-proof and easy to use; it is great for the price. It can be opened with a combination pin or with the emergency key. The plate that covers the key hole can easily be removed by placing a knife point under the edge of the plate. Unless one knows that there is a key hole, one would not expect it to be there, because the plate looks as if it is firmly anchored to the front panel. This is a nice safety feature.

For exactly what it says, it is a good safe. It bolts to the wall or floor and is a good size for a couple hand guns and some ammo. It is not water proof or fire proof aka the door does not feel heavy enough for either and there are gaps which are evident when the door moves slightly when entering in your code. I had similar issues getting my code set, but once I did it is pretty easy to use. It is very open inside, which I was pleasantly surprised about, but the metal is thin, so I can't imagine it would withstand a ton. But otherwise an ok safe. I will post pictures if I ever remember!

Great buy for the money, secure, has an alarm, and fits 3 or so pistols along with some ammo if you pack it to the brim(I could probably fit more but I wouldn't want to scratch my guns) instructions were unclear however, and I had to filter through YouTube videos to find how to program this safe.

So disappointing, the batteries died. I tried using the keys that were supplied with the product and to no avail. Cannot get in my safe. I have valuables That I need and now the knob won’t turn the lock engages or unlocks but I cannot get the thing to open what a waste of $110 plus tax and PS your customer service email was not helpful in anyway so thanks for supporting your products. Very disappointing.

Great price point. Does the job of keeping grandkids safe and away from medications. Kind of funny though I watched two Youtubevideos that mentioned the battery installation was a little difficult because the batteries want to slip out of their slot before you canget the battery cover on; and yes, they slipped out when I went to install the batteries. Just need to take your time and use two hands. Otherwise very happy with how easy it is to program.

An absolutely awesome safe for the price. I must admit I have several safes and this one is by far for the type and money a very good buy. I was a little skeptical at first, but after getting the deliver was extremely happy with the buy. I would certainly buy another one and probably will as I have needs for more than one safe. If you're looking for a great buy and a low cost on a quality safe, then you've found it right here.

Just unboxed. No damages. Had 5 pieces of hard foam in the box. 2 out of 4 mounting bolts included. Regular style keys, not solex type, maybe that's a new upgrade. It's about 30 pounds. I did not see anything about fire or waterproof. 1 Q&A said it was. Bolt it, it's way to easy to move. This is a safe to keep a burglar away, once you have it you'll see why. They take it, all it needs is a Saw's All to open. This a perfect ideal size to keep the kids out and to store the jewelry you were a few times a year. Documents fit just fine. You can remove the shelf to fit liquor bottles, anything taller etc.. next upgrade is a real heavy duty fireproof style. Price is right for this one. You leave town for a weekend, you'll be fine with this safe. Just bolt it!
