It's a good little item but the only reason i gave it 4 stars is because it doesn't seem to stay put during exercising so you have to keep adjusting it back into place. Otherwise, creates good workout for inner tighs abd pelvic area

Rubbish, so small it keeps springing out from between your legs which makes it uncomfortable to use, okay for squeezing together with your hands to work your arms but not brilliant, quite honestly a waste of money!

Would not recommend as I can’t see it lasting to be honest

I have been working out for 10 years using this thigh master, apparently my last one couldn't stand my efforts any longer and decided to break in half.My legs are well trained, so it is very important for me to feel the tension in my muscles. This thigh master is fantastic and is exactly what I needed.
