I am using this for the last eleven months.This is a wonderful product for those who are particular about dental cleanliness and health. I had checked up with my dentist regarding its advisability before the purchase. The product has a 1 year warranty and an additional 6 months for registering the warranty. The device developed some problem now and I was not sure that the Company will be very helpful in rectifying it. So I purchased a new one. However, I received prompt attention when I took up the matter with the company. They arranged for its free pick up and replaced it with a new one. All within a few days! The staff is courteous and helpful.I have therefore two such items in the family.Contrary to my initial apprehensions regarding its regular use, I found that there is no discomfort or other problems associated with the use. The battery lasts for many days too.The only flaw I noticed is : If you lose the charging port cap or the water inlet ring (which are both tiny things) while cleaning, you may not be able to use the device. I hope the company will consider providing a spare of each of these in future.

I am satisfied with the warranty servicing of this product which was prompt and easy. I am sticking to 4 star review cause the product got damaged earlier than one would expect. However, it was compensated by good warranty servicing, which is a major part of why i would repurchase from AGARO.

Value for buck, Very Good for removing food particles stuck between teeth and also good for gum. Charging is convenient and battery life is good (1-2 weeks also). Very robust device and good substitute to manual flossing.

I have been using this for 2 weeks and had a good experience cleaning my teeth with the flosser. If used incorrectly, it may cause occasional gum bleeding, so please keep that in mind.It has 4 modes, which is great, and the design is good as well.Also, thanks to the Agaro support team for replacing my damaged product.

Worked well but started malfunctioning within 5-6 months. The customer support was great and sent a replacement without any hassles. Good communication and supportive staff.
