I was searching for calcium with vitamin D and this one checks the boxes. Just wish it was easier to swallow though. I’ve taken tens of supplements and this is by far the worst. It’s giant, and the surface isn’t too smooth once it gets in your throat.

My doctor had recommended Calcium Citrate and I was concerned about the size of the pill and if it would irritate my stomach. I tend to save this one for bedtime and it works great. I sometimes switch over to the petites size if the price is right - but overall these work great for me and I notice I am not as achy when I cam consistently taking them at bedtime. In this case, purchasing a brand name for a bit more is worth it to me.
