I miss this when I run out so I keep buying it.It's most certainly the most expensive condiment I have.

Where has this been all my life! This may be my new favorite condiment!

The taste using this adds to my food is SO GOOD, but when it says crispy, they aren't kidding. I was down for crispy, but I wasn't prepared for this level of crispy. It was like having large pieces of sand in the sauce. I don't know who has the teeth (or wants to risk their teeth) for something so hard. I can't eat any more of it for this reason. I'm thinking of straining everything out so I can at least use the oil -- that way it won't be a total waste.I won't buy this again because I don't want to risk my teeth, but the flavor it adds to Asian dishes is so good that I sure wish I could enjoy it. I wound up buying a plain chili oil to replace it. And the plain chili oil is good, but it doesn't have the *something* that this oil does. The *something* is kind of like the *something* that makes sriracha taste so good -- that kind of something.

I primarily bought this product as an alternative to hot sauce. "Mild" is about as spicy as fresh cracked black pepper, so in terms of spice, it's pathetic. The flavor is terrible. Up front, it tastes like over-toasted onions, in the middle it's very muted garlic with no bite, and at the end, it's just... this nutty, oily taste, like sesame oil but very stale. The texture? Watch your teeth; if you have soft teeth DO NOT eat this product, as the crunchy bits are not crunchy at all, but rather, tiny ground up bits of hardened peppercorn. The aftertaste is overpowering, and for the next twelve hours, it repeated on me. Even if you mix it up, this product remains a big pool of oil, and not a pleasant oil like olive oil... it's more like grease. Do better, Mr. Bing! Throwing mine out.

We use this stuff in almost everything we make including eggs!

They arrived on time and the mild is tasty. The heat builds up and is flavorful.
