This is a decent product. I am a firm believer in probiotic supplementation and this product seems genuine. I weight train and eat a lot of protein so it especially helps break down that food for absorption, I believe. It is pretty competitively priced for acidophilus and supposedly made in the good old U.S. of A and that is plus.Honestly, I can't verify how effective probiotics are but I figure that if I choose to supplement with them that using an affordable American made product is a good way to go.

The other reviewers are correct- this is an excellent addition to my supplement routine. Helps with digestive issues which happen as one gets older. This product is far superior to the one I had been taking. Plan to reorder!Update- I do not like the new packaging, it's hard to get the top off the bottle!

I was looking for digestive enzymes to take before eating hard to digest food beans, certain vegetables ect. I've tried many products that did nothing Papaya enzymes Beano and others. I wanted something different the price was ok so I thought I would give these a try. Much better than other things I've tried. Was easy to take and my digestion was better even after eating beans. Sure helps my digestion absolutely will buy again.

I can't say I noticed a difference either way. Maybe they sent me a bottle of placebos as a part of a controlled study.

It is my understanding that these products should bein capsules that withstand stomach acids so they can get to the gut where they r needed. I just put two capsules in warm-- not hot-- water & they are breaking down. Therefore, this product is useless. Look at the cheap capsule the product is placed in, all those who purchased this item. Furthermore, I purchased two bottles & have tried & tried to use it only to find myself getting actual pains in my stomach. I have used another, more expensive brand with capsules that do not break down & I have never had this reaction-- you get what you pay for. I will NEVER buy another product from this company, I threw these pills out & I made a point of writing this review to warn others.

For some reason these made my stomach burn. Not sure that they really helped me.

This product is great. It does exactly what it says it will do. I take one capsule at night and in the morning I'm "good to go". No longer have digestion issues all day long. AND it's a great value! NO need to buy that expensive stuff. This stuff works!! I've even lost a little weight! I am so pleased with this product. I don't know how much I've spent on others that didn't work. Will be using this product from now on!

I think they work. I have been using different products to help me with my digestive issues. I have used Biogreen Labs Digestive Enzymes together with Turmeric capsules, GasX and Beano. I guess the combination of the Digestive Enzymes, Turmeric, GasX, and Beano have benefited me. My digestive and stomach issues aren't as bad anymore.
