These look like the ones my podiatrist used
These look and work like the ones my recently-retired podiatrist used to mod Spencos for my metatarsalgia since around 2005. I copied the mods based on an old pair and they are working fine. I use them for running and daily shoes.Oh, I used contact cement instead of the self-adhesive on the pad so I cannot comment on that.

No more pain
These little pads work great, eases the pain in the ball of the foot - a little difficult to get off the shoe when you need to replace but well worth the effort, I bought enough for all my shoes.

Make sure you receive Langer Biomechanics Ppt Metatarsal Bars, not something else
Ordered Langer Biomechanics Ppt Metatarsal Bars, Large, and received something else, Jill's Poron Metatarsal Bars, Large. They, the Jill's Bars are not of the same quality as the Langer's. They are not as dense, and the glue used for holding them to the insoles will not work. They move around, and the leading edge, at the arch, rolls up when putting my shoes on, making them unusable to me Save your money, and pay the four dollars extra to get a good product from Kay Rehab. I have not received compensation of any kind for this review, only wanted to keep others from making the same mistake as I made.

I used the pad in one pair of shoes and it seemed to really help.
