My husband loved this. We got it for him for Christmas and he was blown away. There is room for more stuff. I bought an Israeli bandage, tourniquet and QuikClot for the bag and a box of oral rehydration salts for the BOBs. It's not that big though. It was put together by a small operation, so I'm happy to pay the price. You could easily clip this onto the top or bottom of a backpack and it wouldn't add much weight.

Good product, 1st purchase lasted 9 years in my car in the harsh desert. Recommended.

The product is awesome and is exactly what I needed for my job. Great little medical bag to carry around in my cruiser. I also wanted to mention Renegade Tactical has AMAZING customer service. I received a smaller pouch that was not what I originally ordered so I sent them an email and within a day they shipped it out and I received it the next day. Big thank you to everyone over there. Great little kit to add to my edc bag

I like the Molly webbing and the fact that it is a stocked package. Fits great on my gear, no issues!!!

Many included products need to be replaced or added to, but the pack and its basics are great. Durable construction, room for expansion, and enough basics to get you started.

Outstanding IFAK.! Light weight, enough room to add too.. quality is better than expected.

It's a pretty good kit. There is a few things missing from it you will need to add but if you know what your looking for then this is a good starter to finish up and use as a medpack for car rides or what have you.
