Turmeric
I boil water and use turmeric (crushed & strained) with Neem Leaves, steeped for approx 2 minutes each night - this is a calming, soothing, hot beverage before bedtime. Sometimes, I’ll drink it once I return home from work too - it definitely is an acquired taste. The turmeric purchased is fresh, plentiful and inexpensive, but most importantly, it’s healthy.
