Didn't work for honeywell barcode scanner.
Firstly, due to the plastic and rubber around the port, it simply didn't fit into the barcode scanner. Had to shave away at the barcode scanner's plastic to make it fit.Once it fit, still nothing happened. Tried using an ac adapter in conjunction with it, and it STILL won't turn on. Wasted money on this cable.UPDATE: Pretty sure it burnt out my barcode scanner, which now won't light up when I try using the original USB cable the scanner came with. Used to at least light up and scan when connected to my laptop.DO NOT PURCHASE THIS FOR CASH REGISTERS

It's 58" long. You may get the advertised 3 meters if stretched to the limit. Do they make these things longer?
