Edited after speaking with customer service.Initially these filters arrived with one was broken on top - I had to use the one which was broken because I could not wait an additional week for new ones to be delivered. Anna from customer service reached out to me to inquire about my concerns and was quick to provide a remedy.I have received the new filters and replaced the ones I had initially received. I am now convinced I received a bad batch of filters in the first go round.Customer service wins me over every time. I'll be back for another set when I am ready to switch mine out.Thanks again Anna!

For the price these are great filters. We've had our original Jandy OEM filters for almost a decade and they simply stopped filtering the water as the water would remain cloudy. Once I replaced the OEM filters with these filters out pool water was crystal clear in less than two days.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered a set last year to use for my opening this year and they already need to be replaced. They were brand new, it off the box last month when I opened our pool. The summer isn't even over and they ended up getting deformed, smushed, and cracked inside my pump. I've never had this happen with any other cartridge filters. Luckily, Amazon is selling the brand I bought back in 2021 again. These cartridges suck!!!

I have a Jandy CL340 filtration system, and Irefuse to pay $500 for the filters from the pool stores. These filters have always worked for me. I've purchased them 3x, and each time I get a good 8 months to a year of use out of them. I don't replace them immediately rather I clean them and reuse them.Can' beat the price for what you get and they are always a winner!
