I love cheese and this one was good

The cheese was broken into a few blocks of cheese and put in plastic for shipping, the package was NOT vacuum sealed and resulted in a lot of moisture on the cheese when opened. The funny thing is that the cheese was shipped with a cooling packet that was rendered obsolete with the terrible sealing on the cheese (shipped in April when the heat outside wasn't that bad). The moisture turned into mold quickly even in a colder set refrigerator.Stay away unless they fix the shipping issue, the cheese that was usable was excellent.
