It's a gift from divine for human race till the end of time . Especially people who are very conscious of themselves and have taken an academic pursuit towards understanding humans beings anthropology /sociology/biopsychology/psychiatry/neurobiology/liberal arts . Living in an age where religion is either dying or being used to destroy oneself and others . This gem is for those who in the later part of the night prefer to contemplate on life as it unfolds around them . It's for those who can feel life each time they breath ..excuse my change of tone into a rather dreamy zone this book does this to you . But as a student who's happens to be a human too , and is willing to read the world , it's a collectable which can be passed on to the coming generations. Learning Arabic will take few years so meanwhile i couldn't deprive myself of some good soul food in a language which I already know pretty well.. Imam Ghazali (Rehmatullah Alaiyh) is one of the most influential pioneers of Islam.His magnum opus, Ihya Ul uloom has set the boundaries of Islamic knowledge spread to a billion extent.Kitab bhavan, however, have included only a small part (Abridgement) of this magnificent work of Hazrat Ghazali.Also, it's very much disappointing that they have not attributed or mentioned Salutations after the name of our Prophet(Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam) alongwith the name of all Sahabi e karam and other saints.The Translation published by Fons Vitae is much better than this and also without any omission of the original work of the Ihya.

The beauty of this book is just beyond comprehension. There is a unique way of writing and making it simple for the reader to understand. This book is a sea of knowldge. Each subject is supported by Quran, hadith and sayings of learned men.The way Imam has written it, is just outstanding. I highly recommend this book. A perfect for those who want to enhance their knowledge. Also the quality of print and book is satisfactory.

This is a set of 4 hardcover volumes of Al-Ghazali's Ihya Ulum-id-din (Revival of the religious sciences). It's a must read for all the admirers of Sufism and Islam. The text quality is perfect. It got delivered WAY before the stipulated time, which is pretty good.

You wouldn't taste the sweetness of faith if you don't understand it. Let this book be the first place to understand this beautiful religion

Very poor translation. Unable to understand anything. There are no quotation marks for Qur'anic words. Not satisfied at all. Look for other translations
