The smell is horrible. But has no taste in smoothie. Alone yes tastes gross. But in a smoothie can’t tell. Highly recommend. Just wish was cheaper.

I use this for myself (pregnant and non pregnant) and my kids (half the dose for my kids). I’ve served it in applesauce, protein shakes, matcha tea and coffee and you can’t taste it! It’s a dream come true for us! Love that it has the correct forms of B vitamins and folate so we are getting the best absorbency for our bodies!

This Metabolic multivitamin powder mixes perfectly in my daily protein shake, the multivitamin has no taste so it does not affect the protein shake. I used to take those huge centrum multivitamin horse pills and I was ok swallowing the pill size, but the hard outer shell was hard for my digestive system to break down and left my stomach with cramps and a lot of gas. But with this metabolic multivitamin, the powder has no ill effect on my stomach and I feel great all day. It is now a part of my protein shake concoction bar!

I bought this based upon the reviews of it being somewhat tasteless and dissolves well. Not the case!!! I first tried mixing it with juice then I tried warm water. Both times it didn't dissolve completely and you can feel the powder when you drink it. The taste... oh my!! I took a sip with just the water in it and was shocked that it tasted like dead fish. HORRIBLE!! There is nothing that could mask the taste of this powder!! I'm not sure if I got a bad container but there is no way I would recommend this to anyone if you are looking for a dissolvable powder that is somewhat tasteless - unless you like the smell of dead fish since that's what it tasted like.

I’ve gone through my 1st tub of this stuff and I love it! So much so that I’ve reordered my 2nd tub.I have a hard time taking those giant multivitamin pills, so finding a multivitamin powder that I could add to my morning coffee made things so much easier for me.There is a slightly fishy smell (I think it’s probably from one of the supplements in the powder) but I can’t taste anything when I add it to coffee or protein shakes.I would not recommend taking it in plain water.Another plus are the ingredients. There is no filler in the powder. Which was super important to me when I was choosing a vitamin powder.Overall, the product is great. I’ll keep reordering for as long as its affordable.

Great concept, good flavor, but why is it so hard these days to find a mineral & vitamin supplement that provides what you need yet lets you live a normal life. 2083% Daily Value B12 is too much.
