Bought this after extensive research in this price range. I figured that it really comes how much do you want to pay, and how better the quality gets if you pay more - much, much more. It really is the end point of the diminishing returns. The more you pay, the quality only increases marginally from this point onward for what you pay.I have been using this stethoscope in my general practice for a month now, and having used both cheap and Littmann's during my internship days, I can tell you that the acoustics on this are one of the best I have ever used, regardless of the price. It is a major upgrade over cheaper stethoscopes and you will really appreciate the sounds coming out of it.Initially, I didn't think the weight would be that big of a concern, but once you have it around your neck all shift, oh boy do you feel the strain. I mitigate that by not wearing it around my neck all the time, so, you do you and make that decision for yourself.The build quality and the acoustics are second to none in this price range. I would not waste my money if I were you and go for the more "fancy" stethos Elko makes. They sound the same.If you really wanna spend more money, stretch it a little bit more and go for MDF+ , or if you can stretch it all the way, there's nothing better than a Classic Littmann, everything considered.If your concern is if this will sound good, I can vouch for it. It's really good.

Feels sturdy and sound comes loud enough to differentiate murmur (90 % similar to littmann) . Only con is it's heavy 500g . If your budget is tight you can get this one .

Nice . Very comfortable for me. Diaphragm is little heavy. People who are looking for light weight steth can go for something else. But for me it is perfect. Sound clarity is also good
