I am 51yrs old and I've saw the results in one week.Skin looks rejuvenated and shiny hair!

No odour, dissolved in warm or cold water saw a difference within a week.

Tastes wonderful but it's early days in my experience to say whether or not there's a difference in my knee pain.

Unfortunately after buying I decided to read the reviews.I can tell you it is impossible to have it and mixing it with other drinks.I thought would be good to share my experience to others avoid the same problem.Also when you mix it with water some lumps as created and doesn’t mix completely.

I take collagen to help with joint pain. This marine collagen powder is very fine and mixes very easily into any drink. It has no smell at all and when mixed into drinks there is no taste. Online the company has research results carried out, showing a significant improvement in skin elasticity and reduction in wrinkles. I have never really considered any benefits to my skin from taking collagen, however with the research showing 15% higher skin elasticity and 60% more collagen in the skin of the participants with reduced wrinkles, this is a great added bonus. I have been taking this collagen for just over a week and although it is early days, I have less pain in my fingers. I do not think I look any younger but my nails feel stronger. There are no fillers, binders or additives in this product, which is great. At £25.99 it is around the average I pay for a collagen powder. The recommendation is to take 5grams per day so this 300g pack will last around two months. I recommend this preparation.

It brings me no pleasure to give an overall 3 star rating.My issue here is I see a few reviews stating its neutral in taste but adding this to my tea or coffee it begins to instantly emit a very unpleasant odour. This also affects the taste of my drinks and it is not at all nice. I've experienced this same smell/flavour with other brands in the past which I often suspected was either a cheap source or an older batch.I use a variety of Time Health supplements and trust they source good product so I will be finishing this bag regardless of the taste as the contents inside is dry and I trust it is not harmful to ingest.I am open to trying this again as the price is good and I will update this review if the next bag is better.

This collagen is unflavoured and dissolves very well even with just a few stirs.I add it to my vitamin C drink every morning.It doesn't have any fishy smell and there is plenty in a zip lock bag.I take collagen for my joints (particularly my right wrist which occasionally gets painful with too much of the body weight baring exercise like planks) and it seems to keep the pain away.Also my skin looks more plump.Suggested use is 5g per day (1 teaspoon equals 2grams) so about 2 teaspoons.There is 300g in the pack.Happy with the product and would recommend!

I must say I am pretty happy with this supplement.I am a female over 40, with some signs of ageing that we all experience.( Large pores, wrinkles, ageing skin, joint pains you know all the fun stuff.) It's not severe yet, but my body is defiantly getting older. So I started looking into collagen supplements.After I started taking this powder my skin, which is normally dry and scaly, started to look more hydrated. My nails grow faster and now I maintained an elegant length and my joints seem to heal a little better after hard workouts. I noticed that even my hair grow faster. This is a great product, I'm really satisfied.
