I haven't used it yet, but I am providing a review right after receiving it. The quality of the product is promising.

While the concept is good, there are certain factors which decide if the item is good or not. 1) The cover is very loose and a bit small and the side handles are not sufficient to hold it in place making the rice fall out when draining. 2) There is no way to hold the steam inside the pot as it will exit from the holes in cover. 3) after 7 days of cooking, please look at photo. It cracks.

Update - After long interaction with the Customer Care this product has been replaced by the manufacturer. I have to incur the cost of sending the product to their office in Mumbai to check for warranty. Finally it’s accepted and replaced.Issue faced - Writing this review after 9 months. This cooker developed a crack after 6 months of use. Please see the pictures. Due to the crack the lid is not sitting correctly and it's useless. It's a waste of money. Reached out to Customer care for warranty claim (1 year warranty as per the information provided in the website). However company is not providing a replacement or a fix. They keep saying they will respond. No response and no solution. Very bad experience.

This has good quality and is very useful.

Low quality steel vessel. Because, now , after using two months it cracked in mouth of the vessel. Totally waste. Don't buy.

The media could not be loaded. We opened the parcel today only and found the cokker is damaged. please do the needful.
