Doesn't work at all. Very cheap quality plastic. Total wastage of money. Not recommended.

The product is of excellent quality and comes with attractive, well-designed packaging.

I read the manual multiple times. This is not return eligible. Be very careful. The motor did not work and the curler is not pulling my hair in. After so much try, when it finally did, my small section of hair got tangled in it.

It was not mentioned that product was non-refundable at the time of placing order. But as it is not heating and not working properly and also on/off switch is also not working I wanted to return it. But in the return option it says that it is non-refundable.

Got this for my mom and she’s obsessed! Super easy to use, quick curls, and no hair damage. She looks salon-ready in minutes. Total win!
