I bought this book to put into babies gift bag for a party. All the book’s cover was slightly scratched and dented. It was a cheap purchase and the babies would beat it up even more, so I wasn’t too upset about condition.

Bright colors and well written.

This is a sweet bedtime story with colorful, whimsical pictures.I liked the idea of the child dreaming of things they could do someday (sail a boat, climb a mountain) and grow up to be (artist, scientist). The book ends by reminding the child that you will be here in the morning when they wake up from their adventure.I was hoping when I saw the word “lullaby” in the title that there would be either musical notation at the end or a link to stream a musical version of the text. But it’s still a sweet bedtime read even without those options.I received a e-copy as part of the Early Reads program.

I read this to my 6 month old grandson and he looked at the pages in awe and wonder. What a nice bonding experience while he fell asleep to my quieter voice.
