I had a few different clock mechanisms to replace, all with different shaft lengths, and this was one of the few stores that sold a set of 4 mechanisms with varying shaft lengths - much appreciated feature. Easy to install, packaging was great, the variety of clock hands was nice to accommodate different tastes, but they were all really long, more for bigger clocks so it didn't really work for my small clocks. Nevertheless, would definitely recommend this set for those with multiple clock mechanisms all requiring different shaft lengths!

I wanted to make a clock for our newly remodeled bathroom, using the accent colors we had selected for the bathroom.I don't know who was off in the depth measurement...the clock mechanism people, or the people I bought the wood base from. But I had to ream out a part of the back of the wood base for the clock mechanism to fit correctly.Photo is of an unfinished clock, as I hadn't added the hour markers at this point.It appears to keep good time, and the hour and minute markers weren't bent out of shape like other reviews have stated. And I didn't have any problems installing the battery, like other reviews have stated.Overall, I am very happy with this clock hardware.

They seem to work well. The hands are a bit flimsy but I guess that's just how clock hands are. I had hoped they'd be stronger, but they are pretty much exactly the same as the ones I replaced.

I have a nice, yet inexpensive, clock I bought a while ago that quit working, I didn't want to get rid of it because I liked the design, so I decided to search for replacement parts and of course I found some on Amazon!! They came quickly and hubby had no problem installing the new clock guts immediately. He reminded me that a clock in his workshop quit working as well and with this multi-pack we were able to fix both. The choice of hands is nice and there is a little bit of every style.

Everything you need in one box, arrows are of a great quality and a lot to choose from.

My husband took the first one and it works. One we haven't used yet, and two don't keep time. So, I bought some other ones. They all work great.

These parts are all interchangeable so you have a wide choice of hand to clock variations this is a nice feature. I had 2 clocks I had set aside after the works failed so I was able to reuse both and still have 2 spares.

There's 4 clock mechanisms and they're at 4 different links. I was really excited about this because I would have extras for future projects.Unfortunately only one of them works. And it's one of the longer sizes so it looks a bit awkward on my clock because it's extremely thin so the hands stick out super far...I'm really disappointed that only one of them works..On all 4 of them it was almost impossible to put the battery in and once it's in..it's in. There's a see-through panel on the back where I was able to see if the second hand was working, before actually assembling my clock. Like I said, on 3 of them it didn't work. And I even put in one of the second hand pieces to be sure... The one that is working, I wanted to take out the battery before i assembled it but I simply can't remove the battery. It's impossible and once the battery dies I don't know what I'll do.. hopefully I'll be able to remove it then.I would have given a lower score but one of them works and it seems to keep time so...at least I got the one I needed I guess :/
