Returning nightmare
Terrible product... It took me a month to bring it back. Amazon was trying to help but the seller not at all.

Best if you know bikes
When they say assembly required they really mean it! Speedy delivery and very happy to get a sturdy bike at such a fantastic price!Overall it took me an entire evening to build the bike, I still haven't figured out how to stop the chain popping off the biggest cog, and the chain guard struts at the pedals were in the wrong place for the holes so they needed some encouragement to align correctly, but I know it is just tweaking.My son is 14 and has autism and coordination issues and is delighted to get an adult sized bike with gears that will last him long term and give him the freedom to go on extended rides.

this is fantastic for those who never learnt to ride bicycles but live in cycle oriented cities. very easy to ride. only downside is you will have to assemble it yourself
