I ordered this product mainly because i needed the 3 pipe cleaners that come in the kits but they weren't in there. So i sent back the one i ordered for a replacement.. Again no pipe cleaners in the kit. Other than that issue the kit is perfect. Comes with everything you need to do your trache care. I would definitely look into why your kits are missing those pieces. Probably a manufacture error but it still needs to be addressed. As a person with a trache, those pieces are needed.
