Mic Microphone Replacement for Nintendo Switch Wii PS5 PS4 PS3 Xbox Controller, and vlogging DSLR Camera, Mini 3.5mm mic

I was needing a way to use a mic with my wireless earbuds for the PlayStation 4 console of mine. Using a USB audio dongle, and this plugged into the controller, worked just perfectly. I come in very clear. I say the only disadvantage to my setup is the little of clicking sound pick up from the controller. But that is not something to do with the mic itself. I was happy with this purchase.

I purchased this small microphone for one of my cameras (kinefinity terra 6k). It does not work. When I tried it on said camera, I saw no levels and I heard nothing through the headphones. Then I tried it on two other cameras (Sony a7III and a Sony handy cam) and got the same results. I also tried it on a sound recorder, same results. I plugged it into two iPads, one really old and the other is a few years old. It gave me nothing on the old iPad and gave me okay sound on the newer one. Nothing spectacular, but I could hear myself on the playback. So, I can’t say that it doesn’t work because it worked on the iPad, but it absolutely did not work with my cameras and that’s why I bought it 😒

It doesn't work. I bought this along with a splitter to allow my kids to play their Nintendo Switch without a headset. Simple setup with a splitter. Didn't work. Tried it on the PC. Doesn't work. Let it sit on my desk for 3 months before looking into the problem, missed the return window. Bought another one to see if the first one was defective. Nope. Both didn't work. I returned the second one, and I'm stuck with this one. Oh well. Be warned. It doesn't work.

Plugs right into Ps4 controller and works great for gaming with friends. Good quality and worth it.
