I've tried other wrist wraps, the ones that require a thumb loop to help you get them on. While they are effective, they're not comfortable. I don't like the thumb loop and the edge of the material always seems to dig into my skin. These on the other hand are easy to get on, easy to adjust the tightness, far more comfortable, and most of all, really hold my wrist in place from overflexing. They're my go-to for exercising. I'm very happy I found them and they're also extensively affordable.

I am a recently retired ER physician. I fell onto my outstretched hand and destroyed the cartilage at the ulnar portion of my wrist. Thankfully I'm able to most everything I normally do at the gym, e.g. bench press, seated presses, but experience significant pain at my ulnar wrist on performing dumbbell curls using the "preacher bench." This very simple wrist brace can be tightened as desired and allows me to do my dumbbell curls with 90 -100% reduction in pain. I am happy with this brace. I cannot speak as to longevity of the brace as I' ve only been using it one week. An added bonus: I thought I was ordering ONE brace but apparently TWO braces are supplied for the very reasonable price charged.

They run a bit small…but they do help with support, especially when doing basic everyday movements.If you have severe wrist/forearm issues: look for a support that has metal bars for the top and bottom of wrist.

I have tendinitis in my wrist and hand. I am able to adjust the pressure depending an my activities.
