Very good product, a really useful way to track aspects of bmi, body muscle and bone health, body fat etc. For accuracy use directly on non-carpeted flooring. App that connects to scale very easy to navigate/use. Scale takes 4 AAA batteries and connects to app via bluetooth.

Bought these scales as an alternative to my Withings ones. I have returned for a full refund.The scales seemed easy to set up, as was the app, though the app seems to have been written by a non fluent English speaker so I had to guess what they meant.I duly weighed myself and the weight logged to my Apple Health app - great. When I went to weigh the following day, the scales and my phone could not see each other. I went back through set up to no avail. I then went to the help site, which recommended deleting and reinstalling the app. I deleted the app, went to reinstall, and found the app would not recognise the password (despite it being saved on my phone). Unbelievably, there is no ‘reset password’ option for the app! Nor could I set up a new account without a new email address. Have you ever heard of not being able to recover a forgotten password?I contacted customer services who advised that they will not provide assistance unless you bought direct from them - see pic. So I had no app, an unresponsive scale and a two fingered salute from the manufacturer.Amazon customer service was, as ever, first class. Full refund processed in days.

I bought this after ready some articles online about which Bluetooth scale is best.It arrives well packaged and visually looks great. I agree with other reviews on here that if your foot is larger than a size 6/6.5 women’s uk size, the scale may be a little small.I love this item so far! Great App, easy to download, and the app connects very well via Bluetooth to the scale.If your having doubts - don’t! It’s worth the purchase.

Initially I gave this 1*, as it wouldn't connect to the app. Eventually I found the correct app and I am well pleased with the pairing. Small, easy to connect with the app and when you see your weight going in the right direction, it's easy to say they are worth the money.

Great way of keeping track and being able to make slight changes in macros etc

This scale works well from a weighing perspective and connects seamlessly with the app. However, I’m a bit skeptical about the accuracy of the stats it provides. I suspect they’re mostly algorithm-based, calculated from your weight and height. I work out almost every day, doing a lot of running and strength training, and I was hoping the scale would offer a more accurate insight into my body fat percentage.Even in athlete mode, my BMI and body fat percentage appear higher than when using less technical methods. For example, I’m quite muscular but only 5'6", yet the scale says my BMI is 29.5. I play football twice a week, and my resting heart rate is around 50 bpm, so there’s no way my BMI should be that high. According to the scale, though, it is.Overall, it’s a good, sturdy pair of scales, and it syncs well with the app, which in turn syncs with MyFitnessPal. All of which is really quick.However, as a device to provide more insight into my health metrics, it hasn’t been particularly helpful. If anything, it’s made things more confusing.

I saw this scale advertised on a you tube video about fasting and the person spoke highly of it, so i bought it. Scale worked the first few days, but the battery does not last long at all and each time i replace the battery i struggle to get the scale to work again. It will work with weight but none of the other stats show up. Eventually it seems to work again, but the stats are definitely not accurate. My partner who is incredibly lean, very fit with hardly a mm of fat on him, it says he had a high subcutaneous fat measurement which is just impossible. I'm 1m72 and weigh 70kg's, i need to lose about 3 or 4 kg's. This scale tells me i should be weighing 61kg....ridiculous...when i've weighed 65kg's before I've been a size 6 /8 and very very thin. At 61 kg's i would be skeletal. Useless scale not worth buying.

This product is so awesome that I often hate it because it makes me depressed and causes me to cry.It's like going to the doctor's office and being told the truth no matter how it makes you feel. It breaks down what is going on with your body and gives you specifics to work on. The problem with this product is me. I do love how it lets you know about your health without lying. It told me that my body is 16 years older than what I am. If you don't want to know the truth about your health, don't bother purchasing this product. It's a Great product and everyone should have one in their home.

I bought this scale so I can track my weight loss. I love how it records everything. I can see all the info in the scales app that I installed in my iPhone. My other scale just told me my weight. This scale tells my my weight but it is also recoded in the app. The info is also available to one of my other apps, MyNetDiary, that I use to record my food intake. All and all just another tool in my arsenal to help with my weight loss.

I've owned 2 Renpho's and one 1byOne scales, the issue i had was i wasn't sure what to scale to believe, they both had conflicting results and both did not measure visceral fat at all. starting with the Renpho, I had lost 30lbs, and throughout the entire journey, from the time i took the scale out of the box, my visceral fat was measured at 10, losing 30lbs, had zero effect on this value, which is odd is it not? all my other measurements were going in the right directions but this one stayed the same. So i started to think maybe the scale was not actually measuring it, i then bought the 1byOne scale to compare, and literally all of the measurements were different than the Renpho, but the only value that was the same was the visceral fat again! this was mystifying so i did some research and discovered that most of these cheap scales are not actually using any scientifically recognized methods of measuring your body composition using conductivity and it turns out that unless you want to pay $200+ for a scale that is from a recognized brand then you are getting a scale that may only be accurately measuring your weight, the rest of the data offered is inaccurate, what sets FitTrack ahead of the rest is they use a the most scientifically recognized method (DARA) to measure your composition. i tested all three of these scales side by side and the Fittrack was the only one to measure my visceral fat, and all the other measurements seemed to make more sense, this type of measurement isn't perfect, but it's definitely reassuring to know the scale you are stepping on is using the most accurate method available. this scale is an excellent buy. can't go wrong with Fit Track scales in my opinion.
