Q: do they work well with Smart TVS?

yes if it has an outpui ip hook up to.. not quie ;oud enough for my gear son, though. He needs VOLUME.

Q: Will I be able to hear from both the headphones and the tv at the same time?

Then how do you hook them up to be able to have both sound from RV & headphones at the same time?? Also, I can't get any sound from either when watching Netflix and amaz Video. So frustrating

You can if the hearing aids are smaller hearing aids. I wear small hearing aids, and the headphones fit comfortably over them.

Yes, it can. Please follow the below steps to set the wireless tv headphone: 1. Unplug the transmitter. 2. Press and hold the power switch on the headset, do not paired until the green light starts to blink. 3. Release the power button on the headset. 4. Plug the power cord to the transmitter. 5. Wait until the transmitter light stops blinking and the light becomes solid red or green. Hope the information helps.
