I am 57 years old and have psoraises since I was 13. I also have a soy and many plant allergies so botanicals are not always an option.This shampoo and cream rinse is lightweight, a pleasant but not overpowering fresh smell and has given me the shiniest hair I have ever had!!!I live in upstate NY and our water is hard. It is difficult to get shiny soft hair like when I traveled and worked in locations with softer water.The creme rinse is not heavy, but is a good detangler.I do shampoo twice as directed(all shampoos recommend, but I never did)because it is low suds and my non permed straight flat hair is greasier after 24 hrs and requires it.This product achieves it and more! I couldn't be happier.

I love Tio Nacho Shampoos and conditioners. I particularly love how this one makes my hair feel and smell. I DEFINATELY notice a wonderful difference in my hair after using this shampoo and conditioner. My hair is straight and to my bra strap. Its fine and usually gets tangled really easily. After using this my hair doesn't tangle like usual. Its amazing. I highly recommend this!
