I have tried a lot of things to help me with my memory and brain function. Nothing has helped me more than Alpha Brain. My mind is clear and I don’t have nearly as many problems remembering things. It’s easier to focus and function. I’ve gotten my kids to take it and it has helped one of them, that has severe anxiety, to stay clear headed and in control of her emotions. Since I have been using this product i can feel a more focused mind but I do not know if it has made my memory better I would suggest just calling it focus
