This is my 4th purchase of these ink cartridges and I am impressed with what a great value they are. I have seen previous reviews that claim the cartridge didn't work so I was skeptical at first. My first three orders worked perfect from the start. The last one that I ordered did not work at first. The printer kept telling me to install a new ink cartridge even though it was already installed. I took it out and rubbed the bottow with a paper towel and it worked. So now I can confidently say that these cartridges work just like the original. They fit in and have the same print quality that you would expect. I believe they last just as long but I have not tested that theory. For the price, you really can't go wrong.

Fits my old HP Envy printer for half the price of the name brand, AND THERES TWO CARTRIDGES!! Thank you for making quality printing affordable. No smudging, sharp lines (after the first page), and easy installation. I can not yet speak for cartridge longevity but for regular use, just one of these has been going strong for the past two months.

Compatible with my HP 61 ink taking printer. Has not smudged after printing. Good quality ink with any easy install. The first cartridge seems to be lasting longer than other ink cartridges I have purchased. Authentic and quick printing.

Works

These ink cartridges are great! They are a fraction of the price and work well in my HD Officejet 5740 printer. Zero issues with compatibility. Smudge-proof, bold colors and dark, black ink. The XL lasts a long time, especially with all the kid’s school projects we print. I like that they are recycled cartridges as to not create more waste. I’m very happy with the quality of this product and definitely will be ordering again!

I installed the black cartridge and got zero error messages. Pages print.

I would definitely buy these again, I have used them before and they worked great. The print quality is like HP cartridges but cost less. No problems with smudging and seem to last as long as HP cartridges.

I should have learned my lesson.I ordered on February 6, 2025, Valuetoner Remanufactured Ink Cartridge Replacement for HP Ink 62 62XL (2-Pack, 1 Black 1 Tri-Color).This is the second time the color ink cartridge has failed. My HP says it’s empty.My HP printer error says, “Remove and reinstall”. I remove and reinstall several times with no success. When I check ink levels it shows the color is empty. Your product is not compatible with HP because this has happened twice. Your Value Toner product is inferior and should not say compatible with HP. I will warn others of this failure.On the bright side I contacted the Valuetoner and they issued a complete refund. Also, they sent me a mailing label so that I can send in the failed cartridge.Here’s a quote from Valuetoner “Your valuable suggestions have prompted us to continuously improve our products and make them more perfect. Our product and R&D departments have been listening to customer feedback to improve product quality. Please believe that we will continuously improve and strive to provide a good shopping experience for every customer.”So, even though there was inconvenience, I take back my bad review based on it’s a good reputable company trying to solve problems. I’ve changed the stars to 3, for caring.
