Great home product. Heats up slowly as expected but that's ok, otherwise you'd have a piping hot wax burn. hahaha Once warm, we turned down to a low setting for use and it was fab. About 110 degrees was great. This unit is wonderfully large enough to do wax baths on hands, feet, elbows, whatever. Would def recommend.

does the job but way to hot..... I have to unplug it and wait 10 minutes before using it.

The heating element went out after only having it for 2 months. Missed the 30 day return window so now I wasted money on a machine that doesn't work. For a "professional" machine I expected it to last longer and hold up through more uses. Don't waste your money like I did on this unit.

i like it it does what i need it to do

I ordered this Hot Spa Professional Paraffin Bath to replace a smaller one I had used for several years. I am extremely pleased with it, and have no problems giving it five stars. It takes an hour or so to heat up the wax, but it is good to go after that. I had to play around with the heat settings, but the options were good. I chose to use a different wax other than the one that came with it, but that was a personal preference in using one I had been using before.For those who have not tried hot wax to help with arthritis pain, I am here to tell you that it can work miracles with pain relief and stiffness. After just one use I can move my fingers from the stiffened position to normal. The treatment last several days, and there are other times only one treatment does the trick.

The spa is extremely hot. Thermostat doesn't seem to work. I can put it on the lowest setting and it still burns. I can't return because my husband threw away the box. Now I'm stuck with something I can't use.

This unit has worked very well and has a good size too. Price was Great. I would recommend it to anyone looking

The wax has completely stopped heating up and I've only had it since July 26th. It has not moved from the spot it's been in and I've been told it's too late to return. Seller should send a new one..
