No taste but gives me my daily dose of electrolytes

No taste AT ALL. love it so far. Convenient to use.

The product has great dosage if you need higher potassium. Switching this electrolyte supplement pretty much stopped PVCs and dramatically decreased muscle spasms I was having issues with. The only negative is the minerals aren’t really dissolved in the drops so you have to shake it really well and it doesn’t completely dissolve in water. Other electrolytes including ones by this same brand do not have the same issue with dissolving.

Seems ok, but doesn’t come with a dropper. How am I supposed to measure this?

Switched to a Keto diet recently and really struggled with keto flu and aches and pains more than the last time I went keto so I thought I’d try this. I found putting a little lime juice in with the drops and water made a perfectly refreshing drink that seemed to help the aches and pains decrease. Also enjoyed mixing in some fresh ginger from time to time.My nutritionist wasn’t happy about me starting a potassium supplement without talking to her, first. But, we ran a nutrition panel and my potassium levels were fine with the supplement included.You should probably talk to your doctor first before starting if you have heart issues, it sounds like.

It tastes just a little funky/minerally, just mix it into something to mask it. I've had no problems with the dropper.

I ignored the many complaints about the poor packaging and purchased anyway. It's absolutely ridiculous that the dropper does not work at all. I cannot comprehend why a business would ignore a known problem like this but if they care so little about their packaging, I can only assume the product is also not well manufactured. On top of that, Amazon does not allow returns on this so you have to contact the company directly for help. There are many other businesses making similar products so I would recommend to avoid this one. Very disappointed.

These electrolyte drops are excellent to include in my electrolyte water. They are truly helpful to my health.
