Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G 256GB - Mystic Black - Unlocked (Renewed)

I bought this phone renewed for 500.Pros:Immaculate condition. Accubattery reads 90% capacity for the battery. No marks or scratches that I can see anywhere. It looks like new. The price is less than half of what you'd pay for a brand new note 20 ultra. The packaging was great. Not the original box, but a good and sturdy alternative that included headphones, a sim eject tool but no charger! The screen is stunning and the audio quality is amazing as expected.Cons: I can't get the fingerprint sensor to work while using a screen protector. It works fine without a screen protector but I'm not about to let the screen get scratched. The phone seems ''slow''. Scrolling through youtube makes it stutter which is not what I was expecting from a 2020 flagship. I don't know for sure if there is a fault with the phone or if that's how all note 20 work(exynos 990 beware).

I was initially cautious about spending a lot of money on a reconditioned phone, partly because of battery life and that fact it might not look like it was in great condition. I've been using this phone for the past few months and I'm very delighted with it, it was unmarked and looked brand new. More importantly the battery life is pretty much like it's brand new. I can set off in the morning and use this all day, taking photos / videos, surfing the web, stream music in the car and finish the day with nearly 40% battery life left, no need for the battery pack any more. Suggests that this reconditioned phone had barely been used, if used at all. In that respect, I guess this was a lucky/good find and so I credit the seller, very happy with the great value.

Bought this and waited till I got a screen protector and a protective case fir it before I used it .. put sim in and wouldn't recognise to any net work.Took phone to vodaphone to see if I wasn't doing some thing right .. After 1 hr of trying they said its not the sim and the phones mot blocked as my number was showing .. something else in the phone was stopping it connection to my network operator .. returned it and very disappointed as been searching for a 512gb s20 .. the search continues

Received phone pretty much the next day. Maybe 2 can't remember. Phone is in immaculate condition. Looks brand new! After updating it to the latest software(s) (android 10,11,12, and finally 13, I realised the S pen doesn't connect at all. I think the S pen's battery is completely dead on arrival. The pen still works on the touch screen but the Bluetooth functionality doesn't work. Can't connect and never connected. I am going to have to buy another pen separately. Other than that, the phone is brilliant. Battery holds its charge all day. Can't ask for anything more for the price. Glad I waited instead of paying £1200 on release. Phone still holds up today compared to the s23 ultra. Few less features (camera etc but in the N20U you can still use micro SD cards which I love because I have carried one through all of my phones.Great service other than the issue with the pen but can't expect everything for the price.

I have had this phone for 4 weeks now and so far all is good. In the past I bought cheap Chinese phones but all eventually became too glitchy to be reliable. The Galaxy note 20 ultra is an expensive high-end phone but getting a “renewed” set brought it into my price range.Very happy with the condition the phone arrived in, no marks and came with a screen protector already fitted, I don’t know if that is standard. It also arrived with the protective film on the back still in place, so looks like it wasn’t ever actually used.I used Samsung Smart Switch via a cable to transfer from my old phone and all the important stuff came over. A couple of games lost their current scores but no big deal.I use the phone a lot; listening to podcasts and music, all the usual communication apps, games, shopping, photos, banking, organizing life and business. Battery life is good, a couple of days between charges and only takes an hour to fully charge. So far no glitches - occasional clumsy fingers and sometimes takes a few swipes to get the side menu to appear.I like that it came with Microsoft office and very simple to access my one drive documents. Only comment here is some inconsistency with what documents can be updated, a lot open in read only mode.On the whole very pleased and hoping the phone remains reliable for a few years to come.

I am impressed with this Samsung galaxy Note20 Ultra as it is similar to my old Samsung galaxy note 8 with s pen touchscreen and smart technology etc..Happy with this purchase

phone is good but bettry gone too early

I have to admit that I hesitated buying a refurbished smartphone as I was worried it will not work properly or have scratches, dents, etc. I purchased mine from URcouk store based on their feedback and I have to admit that the phone is in great condition! You really need to look very close to be able to notice any signs of use on the screen and the case is in perfect condition! The extra wee pack of candy was a great addition and my daughter loved it! Based on this purchase I can honestly highly recommend URcouk for refurbished smartphones! Save money and reduce electronic waste - its a win for everybody!
