I bought to put on display, not to use as a pencil sharpener. It is really cute, small, well made, and displays well.

As a collector of miniatures, this is an absolute bargain for my collection. This item is a lot heavier than I anticipated and the wheels move forward and backward. The item looks exactly as the picture showed and is very sturdy. This is adorable - true to its picture. It’s about 3 inches long and fits in perfect with our Wild West town. Had a hard time finding a horse and buggy for the town and even though this is a pencil sharpener you can hardly tell.

I'll be using this for my Chrisrmas village scene because of its size. I hate when the scene created shows the tiny people 3 times too big for the doorway of the house! Still have some work to do on it like painting it, but I enjoy that sort of thing.
